Meeting the Challenge of Compact and Highly-Efficient Products

Meeting the Challenge of Compact and Highly-Efficient Products

This business division contains two teams. The first is our device team. This team began in 1968 with electrostatic printers, and has developed products over the years to meet the needs of the times. Some of these products include devices that print on candy, optical disc manufacturing devices, PV battery panel manufacturing devices, LCD panel bonding devices, and vacuum soldering devices for semiconductors. The other team is our joining team, which has worked consistently to bring about evolution in welding, from the development of resistance welding machines in 1955.
At our development workplace, we are involved in developing a diversity of processes and devices, under the proposition of "meeting the needs of the marketplace with unique processes and products".
Some characteristics of our current device lineup include bubble-free bonding at ordinary pressure; soldering that features far fewer defects than conventional soldering; welding with extremely high-precision alignment, and large-scale resistance welding machines with incomparable power for stable production line operations. This lineup clearly sets Origin apart from our competitors.

Initiatives Towards Quality, the Environment, and Beyond

Initiatives Towards Quality, the Environment, and Beyond

We are involved in development and design, building products that are quality- and environmentally-conscious, through our operations based on manuals compliant with ISO. For instance, although our large-scale welding machines can handle a large capacity of 600 kA, they are highly efficient and put a minimal burden on the environment, using a design where the condenser is instantly discharged once it is charged.
