Disclosure policy

1. Basic Policy on Disclosure of Information

We shall comply with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and other laws and regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Laws and Regulations") and the Securities Listing Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Listing Regulations") of the stock exchanges on which our shares are listed, and shall practice information disclosure (disclosure) in accordance with these Laws and Regulations. In addition, we will disclose information that may have a material impact on investment decisions in a fair and timely manner, even if such information does not fall under the timely disclosure standards prescribed by laws and regulations and the Listing Regulations.

2. Information Disclosure Method

Information disclosed by the Company in accordance with the Listing Rules shall be disclosed through TDnet provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and information announced through TDnet, etc. shall be promptly disclosed on the Company's website. In addition, information that is not subject to the listing rules and that may have a material impact on investment decisions will be posted on the Company's website depending on its importance and urgency.

3. Disclosure System

We have established an internal "Disclosure Committee" and other internal systems to properly manage information that has a significant impact on investment decisions and to promptly disclose accurate and fair information based on decisions made by the Board of Directors.

4. Active Silence Period

In order to prevent leaks of financial information and ensure fairness, we have established a quiet period for IR activities from the day following the end of each quarter and the end of the fiscal year to the day of the announcement of financial results. During this period, we refrain from responding to inquiries and making comments regarding financial results. However, if a fact occurs during this period that requires timely disclosure, we will disclose it in a timely and appropriate manner.

Although we pay careful attention to the disclosed information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information. The Company assumes no responsibility for any errors in the information, falsification of data by third parties, or damage caused by downloading of data, etc.
