This is a cap sealer, which welds TO-CAN package for optical communication devices or sensor devices in an inert gas atmosphere.
The short welding time permits high-precision, stable sealing with a small heat-affected zone.
CCD camera alignment enables the manufacturing of devices with highly precise alignment.
